This graphic was created to celebrate my achievement for winning the Best of SNO badge on my article about referee shortages. I worked with my design staff to find a presentable photo, while also ensuring that the graphic gave the article and the message a fair portion of attention, as it's not all about me. The graphic was posted to our Instagram story with a link to the article.

I selected the background for this graphic out of a wide range of selections. I again worked with my team to make sure that the necessary information was displayed on the graphic. It was posted as a hard post on our Instagram, receiving 77 likes.

I selected the background for this graphic. I worked with my photography team to select the best picture, then looped back to my design team to ensure that the picture matched the aesthetic of the graphic. The article was linked in the graphic on our Instagram.
